The lead scoring engine in E10 uses a standard 4 x 4 grid for profile and engagement (Profile A - D, Engagement 1 - 4). Currently we don't have the ability to define custom ranges for profile and engagement to define a 6x5 grid. Having said that, you could potentially configure this behaviour using a program builder based lead scoring model.
Can you help me understand the driver behind the 6 x 5 matrix versus the 4 x 4? Are there limitations with using rules/criteria to get to the right level of granularity using the 4x4 grid that is driving this requirement?
