Key position responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategy for ongoing data collection, entry, validation, augmentation and enhancement of TDS Target Accounts database in RightNow (CRM), Eloqua and other key commercial organization systems. Evaluate and select various data suppliers and enhancement technologies. Translate user requests into workable requirements, document specifications and test cases. Work closely with marketing, sales operations and IT to address lead and campaign requirements into systems infrastructure.
- Lead and manage Commercial Marketing in integration of marketing and sales systems, including developing system reports for Commercial Marketing.
- Actively participate in trouble-shooting systems-related problems impacting sales, marketing and internal systems.
- Lead Commercial Marketing with process and program enhancement/improvements developed from keen analysis of systems and data/customer trending.
- Assist in development of data models to address market opportunity, segmentation and to support business cases. Complete and maintain market share and penetration reporting.
