Re: What is the process for a contact to remove themselves from the "Global Exclude" list?

Hi Lauren,

 

Thank you for your response, I am mostly concerned about the contacts that are marked as "Excluded from Email: Global Exclude".   This is because they are on a list that Eloqua maintains.  I would like to know how a contact can go about getting removed from this list if they wanted to be removed.   (below is information on the list I am asking about)

 

Thats totally correct. Global Excludes are a list that Eloqua maintains. Email addresses are added to the Global Exclude only at the explicit request of the person who owns that email address, and only when they request to never receive any emails from any Eloqua customer ever again. We are required to comply with this request, and for privacy reasons we cannot share this list.
