This key member of the Systems Operations team will play a hands-on, critical role in building and executing marketing campaigns using Eloqua and Oracle CRM On-Demand. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with internal teams to gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical execution. Ideal candidates should have technical aptitude, an understanding of demand marketing, and the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide programming/technical support for the Oracle Eloqua system
- Perform technical design activities to support business requests
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing for programs written
- Provide guidance/direction to external programming resources
- Provide feedback to the Functional Business Analysts and Business Users on requirements
- Work closely with operations team to define and implement new functionality and product offerings
- Provide day-to-day system maintenance and configuration of the systems, as well as act as the first line of defense for system support
- Responsible for managing the marketing database and marketing automation system that scales & performs reliably
Required Experience/Skills & Education:
- 2+ Years’ experience with Oracle Marketing Cloud Products - Eloqua
- Oracle recognized certification Oracle Marketing Cloud E10
- A solid understanding of web technologies, relational databases and multi-tier applications
- Oracle Siebel CRM On-Demand
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments in a timely manner.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects & tasks.
- Ability to extract and analyze data out of Oracle to use in trouble shooting
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements
- BA/BS required in quantitative field.
