Job Expectations
- Be an entrepreneurial marketing leader
- High potential and desire to become a CMO
- Own marketing strategy, plan, metrics, vision, and execution to take VorsightBP to ~$10-20 million revenue.
- Own marketing budget including discretionary
- Execute all demand generation campaigns
- Inbound Marketing / SEO / Content marketing plan and execution
- Aligned to the buyer’s journey
- Interface with ‘marketing content partners’
- Guide the company on content creation that ranks high for the desired keyword on Google search
- Email marketing / nurturing tracks
- Events – live and webinars
- Social Media (emphasis on LinkedIn and Google+)
- Ads / PPC
- Analyst relations

- VorsightBP is viewed as a ‘thought leader’ by sales and marketing executives. We can drive large audiences to webinars. Because of this a lot of B2B sales and marketing related technology companies give us their software for free or in ‘I buy yours, you buy mine’ arrangements.
- Have the ability to build off of the brand recognition of Vorsight – press, awards, etc. – not starting from scratch.
- There is a lot of opportunity for core branding that is differentiated from other sales training companies by leveraging the science theme.

- VorsightBP’s founders have deep subject matter expertise in B2B sales. Converting inquiries to MQLs to SQLs to deals is the product we offer to the market, so we are very good at this.
- You will have a lot of flexibility to be creative. We believe in testing everything, trying a lot, and embracing/learning from failure.
Requirements
- 3-5 years B2B marketing and/or communications experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- HTML & CSS
- Basic graphic/visual design skills
