We are a large leisure company with hundreds of clubs (that function like satellite offices). The email domain for our corporate group is different than the email domain for our satellite offices. We applied SPF policies to our main corporate domain during implementation. We began having deliverability issues (specifically with AOL) and discovered that we didn't have SPF on the other domain. We ended up creating a subdomain in Eloqua that allowed our IT department to apply SPF. We have noticed a difference with Yahoo and Gmail, but still having big problems with AOL. I know often times they delay, but what is the next step in this process? Should I go straight to requesting whitelisting? Any suggestions appreciated.
